These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our estimation services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

F&K Estimating provides cost estimation and takeoff services tailored to your project needs. All deliverables are based on the information provided by the client. We do not guarantee final project costs or outcomes as actual costs may vary due to market fluctuations or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate and complete project details, including blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
• The client must communicate any specific requirements or changes promptly.
• The client is responsible for reviewing all deliverables upon receipt and notifying us of any discrepancies within seven (7) business days.

Fees and Payment

• Fees for our services will be agreed upon in advance and detailed in a written proposal or invoice.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the invoice.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.

Turnaround Time

We will provide an estimated completion time for each project. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur. F&K Estimating is not liable for any damages arising from delayed deliverables.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential.
• F&K Estimating will not disclose your project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

• All deliverables provided by F&K Estimating remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.

Limitations of Liability

• F&K Estimating is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue.

Revisions and Disputes

• Minor revisions are included in the agreed-upon fee, provided they are requested within seven (7) business days of deliverable submission.
• Disputes must be raised in writing within this same period. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• If the client terminates the project after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to the date of termination.

Amendments

F&K Estimating reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
