- Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the estimation report or service.
- Refunds will only be considered if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there was an error in the estimation due to our mistake.
- Any services rendered, including time spent on consultations, will not be refundable if you decide to cancel after the service has been started.
- Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days to confirm eligibility.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed and delivered according to the agreed terms.
- Custom estimates or services tailored to a specific project are not eligible for a refund.
